Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and The Wild Familiar (“we”, “us”), which operates the Grow Wild farm management app at growwild.app. By creating an account or using Grow Wild, you agree to these terms. If you use Grow Wild for a farm or business, you agree to them on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.

Your account

Grow Wild is currently available by invitation. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us right away at privacy@growwild.app if you suspect someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your data

You own the farm records and other content you put into Grow Wild. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the service to you. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Keep your own copies of anything critical to your farm. You can ask us for an export of your data at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights using Grow Wild;
• enter information about other people (such as customers or suppliers) that you do not have the right to share;
• try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or probe, scan, or test the service’s security without our permission;
• disrupt or overload the service, or use bots or scrapers to access it;
• copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service.

Our service

We own Grow Wild, including its software, design, and branding. We are continually improving it, so features may change, and we may add, change, or remove features at any time. Grow Wild is offered free of charge during this early-access period; if we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and you will not be charged without agreeing.

Grow Wild is a record-keeping and planning tool. Information it shows, such as planting dates, hardiness zones, or inventory counts, is provided for convenience and is not agricultural, financial, or legal advice. Decisions about your farm remain yours.

Ending your use

You may stop using Grow Wild and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service. Where we can, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data first.

Disclaimers

Grow Wild is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, crops, or data, arising from your use of Grow Wild. Our total liability for any claim relating to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, if a claim is brought against us because of content you put into Grow Wild or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use Grow Wild after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
